All plans are prepaid. Your connection will remain active for the duration of your billing cycle. Online payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation of your subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if DWNS Fiber fails to complete the new connection installation within 7 working days of payment. Once a connection is active, prepaid recharge amounts are strictly non-refundable. For any failed or duplicate transactions, refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
